Think On work source talent, provide training programmes and consult for both government entities like The Executive Council in Dubai and create training and strategy for hotels like the Burj Al Arab. The Think On team have trained teams for some of the most exciting restaurants in Dubai and internationally, creating the strategic objectives for those outlets.

Concept
The concept focuses on the core offering – experienced hospitality know-how in all areas of the business. AirSpace built a brand strategy around ‘Wearers of many hats’. They source/find the right people, create the right connections and get the right results from a comprehensive metrics system created in-house. It was important that they did not appear conservative or staid as much of the competition. Fresh, professional and energised were used to decribe their operations.

AirSpace created a hat that looked similar to a butler or banker since these to description epitomised how they did business. A hat stand was developed as a key graphic device to literally hang their hat on. The hat and the graphic device made an ideal platform for building the brand architecture and their sub-brand offerings.
