Homepage includes Google translate, a quick escape link for victims, and an RSS feed of top news.

Each page has a unique header graphic.  Contact form allows for ease of communication with the director.

Plugins were added to allow the client to easily add accordion text ( hidden text expands when clicked), anchor links for in-page navigation, and tables for in-page layout.
