Introduction
Hangajeoung medical app is made for helping outpatients or caregiver. In South Korea, most people generally make a doctor's appointment with online service or phone call. However, in case of outpatients who have a hectic life while they are receiving care would forget to take their medication or making a reservation. In this sense, the app provides a customised service and the patients can access their detailed medical conditions during the period of treatment.
The app provides hospital information and assists the user in making a doctor’s appointments. When users log in, they can check their personal hospital records. Also if user input their medical condition, they can see the Hangajeong medical centre's reservation chart. In addition, they can search for available appointment times if their preferred time is full.

This project's concept is a customized service. Because the older generation is not familiar with using app, they tend to have difficulties with app service. So I designed the mailer for the people who do not know how to using apps.
Also if someone is not able to move about freely or need help use and cannot check this service, the patient's caregiver can receive this mailer instead of the patient.
