I worked with Lenovo and their preferred vendors to design web, mobile, and responsive websites to sell their various products across a global ecosystem of websites. I started with pilot/test sites in the U.S. & Australia markets and expanded to additional countries after that.

I used a combination of user experience best practices, usability testing, data analytics, A/B & multivariate testing to increase site conversions, reduce bounce rates, and improve customer satisfaction.

RESULTS:
- Increased website customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores by 5%
- Increased conversion rates by 2% (desktop) & 4% (mobile)
