"Day Care Inn" Interview
"Day Care Inn" problems become clear during the in person interview with a stakeholder: 
-  Registration process takes long
-  It is hard to keep track of time for many children at once
-  Clients cannot make reservation at this point that will be displayed properly on the system
-  There is no auto-reminders for parents who walk around the mall and might forget that   their child babysitting time is due.
My Proposal
Redesign of work table interface that:
- can be easily utilized by person without technical background
- allows track in-house children
- allows manage reservations
- simplifies registration process by reusing client data

Overview - page where the data is represented in a simple way, where she can go and see the following:
* Graphic of clients per day
* Number of clients being in a Day Care at this moment
* Number of Reservations
* Number of Employers
 
Clients - page that means also a work table. There is a list of clients displayed, it can be searched based on date, status, can be edited, deleted and if needed information can be exported. 
 
Registration - page that allows Sarah quickly register and upload DL and 2 photos (Caregiver and a Baby) to the system. Sarah can also set alarm/notification in a system to automatically inform parents 15 min prior pickup time. 
 
Reservation - Sarah can easily view the list of reservations made by clients on their own through their mobiles,  she can also make her own, if client insisting to do that via phone, or in person-let’s just say … Sarah is a wonderful professional and writing on stickers, trying to remember would not bring her as much joy as being with kids and being wonderful caretaker:)
Status and Date filters
- Sarah quickly can see only clients she needs to pay attention to based on ‘Status’
- When date filter applied work table displays records that relate to defined date

Columns
 
Clients Name ( baby name)
Sarah can click on the number and go to ‘Client Form’ - she can see pictures, release client to the parent, see how much time and money she needs to charge for her services, email receipt, set up alert etc.

Caregiver name - sometimes they match and sometimes they don’t:) She can also use this table for calling her clients by names- ‘personalization in business is always impressive’
 
Service Date - Date and time is displayed
 
Service Type - Drop Off and Reservation, can also be a birthday party group, easter bunny celebration group etc. Sarah know what she offers and it can be shown to remind her and see everything that’s happening 
 
Service Status - super important! Let’s say dad walks in and he was suppose to meet his wife at the daycare, turns out they already left- Sarah just showed that she is on top of everything and she is a rock star of the day care business! 
Color coding
 
Let just say, Sarah chose in her settings to show with color clients (babies) who are in the day care at this moment. This is how she will see the information
