A marketing launch plan for Carte d'Or in Sweden
After a research about the brand, the Swedish culture and market, the competitors and the current trends, we proposed the combination of Carte d'Or ice cream with the traditional Swedish coffee break (called "Fika") as a winning strategy for Carte d'Or to launch their scooped ice cream business in Sweden. This is the presentation of the resulting proposal.
