Once while sourcing fabric samples in an industrial area I came across large dumps of waste fabrics. But on further inspection not all of these were waste, it was just fabric left out while stitcing, fabric with some print defects or fabric selvedges. And I knew that had to be used because that was not garbadge from any angle. So I took about 5-10kgs of waste fabric home and started organizing it according to color. And I realized I had an entire rainbow of colors.

This brought out the inner child in me and I was inspired to make a small reading corner for my own room.
Because I was inspired by my childhood and wanted to represent an element that connected with it, I took pin wheels as my inspiration. Istarted to have fun with it creating some paper and fabric samples and then finally came up with these 3 products. The techniques that I used to make these products are applique, patch work and quilting.
