Reconnect Drawing Workshops
Reconnect DrawingTM is a uniquely transformative drawing experience that instills calm, lightens up your mood while promoting creativity and collaboration. Rooted in phenomenology and art education, this Meditative DrawingTM experience integrates drawing with yoga and meditation techniques, hence serving as a mindfulness practice with deeply healing effects.
I believe in "creating connections not separations"TM. Rather than being bound by judgment, disconnect, rigidity and tension of this age, my hope is to encourage the fluidity, connectivity and joy in life. This, I call state of 'healthfulness'.
In these workshops, I guide groups and individuals to tune in and reconnect with their own self and the world in a new way. Unlike any ordinary drawing activity, in Reconnect DrawingTM the 'work of art'
rather than what appears on the paper, is a clear shift in the attitude that happens within.
Ultimately, by suspending judgment, reducing stress and anxiety, and calming emotions, this practice deepens self awareness and enables you to experience your own creativity. In light of which, free, and more effortless interactions and/or authentic collaborations follow.
