In Representation 2, we were introduced to an unbuilt house. Using only plans, sections, and elevations, the goal of the semester is to anaylize the house through critical thinking, intent, and experimental methods of representation. We were assigned Steven Holl's Oceanic Retreat set to be located in Kauai, Hawaii.

Midterm Site Plan
With a thesis about materiality and grain, I analyzed the metal framework of the house. This was the start of a more rigorous analysis of materials within the house.
