E P I T Y P E P H I O
is a tribute to a deceased typographer
who still lives in their works.
This is my homage to John Baskerville,
printer, publisher and typographer.
The selected letter was the lowercase "g", and it represents the book.
It is built by the union of 56 layers of hand-cut paper.
The box is cut on plywood, engraved with laser and works as the bookshelf.
The paper strip is also engraved with laser.
The workshop was organized by LOSIENTO Studio,
to explore the possibilities of Experimental Packaging.
