As a part of my Graphic Design Course at Prague College, we had to generate a variety of layouts for an article about Eric Gill. Some of these are inspired by famour designers and some are my own creation.
Mass Text Applications I, Graphic Design Hnd, 2nd Semester
This desing was purely based on the idea of using the I in Gill to create a margin in the layout.
This design incorporated a glitch effect that was inspired by David Carson.
Here, I used one of Eric Gill's Illustrations for a fashion design inspired layout that used similar elements as Alexey Brodovitch.
Finally, inspired by Kurt Schwitters, I abandoned all images and just focused on direction graphics.
