For this piece I needed to create a type specimen book that was 5x5 and featured Neutraface.

I chose Neutra and narrowed down to just the display font due to the wide range of the family. The type specimen I created plays off of the inspiration for the font, architect Richard Neutra's commercial real estate signage. I created a real estate "open house" theme that I used lightly throughout the piece with copy writing that reinforced the theme. Neutra was known for his concept of biorealism, bringing together nature and humankind, so you'll see many organic looking elements throughout, such as the seasons spread created from this font.
