A conceptual brief, creating a new homeware/ furnishings shop. The name Den, comes from the idea of the home, and comfort the brand has a rustic, warm aesthetic. 
The logomark is the sleeping fox it represents the same ideas of comfort and homileness, the mark and pattern where created through lino print which adds an element of tradition and craft, it has a personal/ humanistic appeal. 
 
The logo can be used with or without lino print pattern depending on the application, the pattern adds to the logo and acts as part of the identity, it also enhances the lino print feel and associated characteristics. The typography is capitalised as it adds importance and formality to the name. 
The stationary would be used to contact customers and for the corporate end of the buisness.
 
Natural white stock would be used for the letterhead and other things such as invoices, this is because it isn’t bright white and it has a more natural feel which the brand wants to show, as well as this it is more environmentally friendly as it isn’t bleached and so instead of just looking natural it is more natural and so the brand lives up to its own ethos.
 
The other stock used is a pearl grey which also has a natural appearance as it has an earthy tone which also reflects the idea of a den and the forest.
The website is the main deliverable as more and more people like to shop online, but also want the stores to go and see the products. The website can be viewed across all  platforms and it responds to tablet and moble devices.
 
The website aesthetic follows the same feel of the brand by using netral hues and clean layouts, pearl grey /green has been used for the main navigation bar and this is the main brand colour.
 
The website aims to provide inspiration, it functions as a usual home furnishings site, showing a grid of three products. and two on smaller devices. Another feature of the site is an inspiration option where there would be lots of different filters for the user to choose, for instance an Easter theme as shown...
