With sushi being such a popular dish across America, I decided to put this quick meal on wheels. By using Japanese culture, food and art as my inspiration, Wasabi Wave was born! This food cart embodies the handmade elements used in Japanese food and art along with a color pallet that mimics color found in sushi.
