{ WORLD BOOKMARK DAY 2017 }
"International Friends of Bookmarks" are set on breathing new life into the concept of a simple bookmark.
Sourcing illustrators, artists and designers from all corners of the globe (and opening up submissions from aspiring creatives)
they aim to create a sense of excitement towards DIY page markers. Many avid bookworms treat their favourite publications
with the utmost care and respect, so why not do the same to a book's faithful companion, the humble bookmark.
Being a nutty book enthusiast myself, I couldn't say no to such a fun project with so much potential. Below are my two
submissions, both of which are available for download so that you can print them out and use them as placeholders in
your favourite books (you can find the download link at the bottom of the project).
