Recreate The World

On April 12, 2016, I decided to team up with my colleage Yoshia Aoki to participate in a group project called Exquisite Corpse. Before starting, we agreed on a theme, which is keep drawing the first thing that comes to each's mind without thinking through out the whole piece. The intention is to let the creativity flows and shows how amazing and powerful it is. So in away creating your own world/ recreating the existing world by letting the creativity and imagination taking over.

The Exquisite Corpse drawing process creates an air of excitement and anticipation within the group since no one actually knows what the final piece is going to look like. One person will start the drawing in his section and complete it without revealing what he has made to the other. After ‘hiding’ it, the next person begins to draw by extending lines, shapes and textures from those showing in the last drawing. Even though the next participant must use this information to begin his drawing, they can go anywhere they want with it. This is a great way of collaborating with a number of people to create unique and surprising drawings. It can be , sequential, subtle, dramatic and visually stunning.
