iPod Dock Concept
With the onset of Airplay technology, the move towards a better interconnected entertainment system is in full effect. Couple this with the prospect of more congested cities and therefore reduced living spaces, and an opportunity for a small scale, well made sound system presents itself.
While the dock itself caters only for Apple devices (iPod, iPhone, iTouch), it will connect with any Bluetooth/Airplay enabled device.
The face of the product is made from DuPont Corian, while the enclosure is made from solid Mahogany. A simple on/off/volume toggle coupled with a Bluetooth coupling button keeps the clutter to a minimum, and keeps the electronics as simple as possible.
