I took this photograph in the early morning in my living room when the sun bursts through the window creating a beautiful scene out of the room. I wanted the light coming in form he outside to white out as much scenery from the outside as possible so I changed my settings on the camera to do just that. I used the Tiffen FX ProMist filter after looking at the picture with five different filters. I chose the ProMist filter because it softens the picture and adds a dream like look to it. The filter really brought out what it looks and feels like in my living room in the early mornings when the sun first rises. 

Welcome to bed time in my house. I took this picture because I have been going on a theme; so why stop? I was trying to go with a warm feeling for this picture and focus on my day from start to end. I used my box light only for the scene at this time. Mainly because it was bright enough to create a good look, but so bright that it woke the baby. For the filter I used the Tiffen DFX Satin because it not only softened the picture, but also fixed my coloring issues. The filter gives a good edit to the picture without making it look over filtered as well.
