Robert Schwentke Film Screening
If I Disappear is a film screening of Robert Schweitzer's films. I chose 3 of his Sci-Fi flims that were about disappearing (The Time Traveller’s Wife, R.I.P.D, Flight Plan) and used ‘disappear’ as the theme of the event. ‘Disappearing’ is something mysterious, which suits the style of Schweitzer's Sci-Fi films.
My idea is to create an illusion of disappearing, aimming to make audiences feel fuzzy, suspenseful... and then thinking the relationship between ‘disappear’ and ‘exist’. In my design, audiences can experience ‘disappearing’ through the effect (or tricks?) I used - that’s why it’s called If I Disappear.
