In this hand-embroidered piece, I explored the sentimental relationship between human-kind and Earth. Personally, nostalgia is the feeling I have toward the Earth and nature. I was born and spent my early childhood in a small town in South China, nature is associated with the happy memories of my childhood, and I’m longing for those innocent days of my life.
