Explorations       The motif of the eye is prevalent in my work because I find the expression "the eyes are the windows to the soul" to be very powerful, especially in relation to how we interact with others. I explore this idea through the use of rich colors, combined with graphic depictions of eyes so as to create a dialogue between the viewer and the art piece concerning what they see within the blank gaze staring back at them.
