Objective: Select an author and design three book covers which should be conceptually unique — but should also work well when seen together, to communicate a cohesive body of work. 

 

 

Solution: I chose one of my favorite authors, Aldous Huxley. He has a satiric approach to writing and often writes about dystopian societies with an undertone of philosophical thinking. In my final execution, I took a surrealist approach to reflect his writing. Symbols found in each hand drawn illustration represent key elements of each story.
