A Podium Base is designed to act as a unifying element connecting the three Buildings together an Industrial Contemporary theme was used in the Complex Design with the Materials Used reflecting the functional usage of each building. An integration between the materials was created in the design of the Facades. The Materials which Include Glass, Brick and concrete was used in coherent with each Building's functional use.
