Soap & Glory: ‘Selfie Love From 2015’
PROBLEM
In January 2016, Soap & Glory wanted to engage fans while dodging the ‘new year/new you’ cliché.
SOLVED
Most brands celebrate the year ahead. We celebrated the year before, asking customers to share their best selfies from 2015. Each picture made up a vintage-girl-power mosaic (which was searchable). Later that year, we used these selfies in the design of a keep-forever case that made up a Soap & Glory Christmas gift.
RESULTS
· Over 10,000 entries (three times over target).
· But that was just the beginning of our reach – as most entrants shared links to our mosaic with their entire social network.
· This campaign kicked off with some of our best sales figures for the beginning of the year.
· We used the mosaic of selfies in a Soap & Glory Christmas gift, which sold out in record time.
