Žalgiris stadium once was the biggest and most important stadium in whole Lithuania, but then ownership and business got messed up, and it became non usable. In 2011 the stadium was officially closed and now is abandoned. 

Once filled with people, players and active ultras, the stadium now lays in silence waiting to be demolished.
