The goal of this project was to create a book by hand, but in a technique which allows multiplication. I've done five of these. Text was digitaly printed and everything else was done by hand: carving of the blocks, printing the illustrations, burning the covers and binding. The text is a story by Ferid Muhić called The King of the Birds. I really enjoyed making these and I want to show you the process of the making, not just the final product.
