The US 264 Association is a trade group established in Beaufort County, North Carolina to promote tourism in the Inner Banks region, located along the Pamlico river and sound. The association needed a logo and a brochure that highlights some of the regions many attractions along highway US 264. I was part of group of designers who designed the brochure and logo. My responsibilities included map development, which the association specified was to have an older parchment type look. The map is drawn primarily in Illustrator, although the parchment background is designed in Photoshop. I also lead the design for a logo, which shows the Inner Banks region, with highway US 264 represented by a green ribbon. Additionally, I assisted with the layout of the brochure, area research, and photography.
