We City is a new mixed use development project by Hong Kong Land which compromises one serviced apartment, one hotel & office tower and the retail mall (5 storeys aboveground + 2 storeys belowground).  The site is divided into two plots.  As people in Chengdu likes outdoor activities, our idea is to create a large outdoor garden space named as We Stage to connect the two plots.  The space can also be used for various events and outdoor activities to enhance the whole shopping experience and promote the culture of Chengdu.  There are also retail bridges connecting the two plots, the adjacent residential area and the adjacent Lotte mall to create a seamless connection from the basement MTR station to the mall and adjacent areas.
