This is a food truck I created for a class project. I thought with having The Roasterie in Kansas City and being such a fun, eclectic place, a coffee food truck would be great. The color theme is based on my favorite teams in KC, The Royals and Sporting KC. I wanted to partner with The Roasterie and brew their coffee, create a chocolate infused with their coffee beans and have a fun "KC" theme.
