印刷物的幅面⼤小，是以⼀整張紙裁開的張數來作為標準的。
使⽤什麼樣的開本，既是出版者的⾃由，亦有閱讀習慣的暗線其後。
⽂學書32開，詩歌42開，百科全書16開，⼩字典和手冊64開，
畫冊6開或是12開，如是展⽰中國畫或書法，則以狹長幅面來呈現。
若是要呈現出版物的重要地位，莫過於用巨型之開本來呼應。
「⾖本」（迷你書）則從另一個⾓度來挑戰印刷的價值，印刷物能做多小，
還能看得一清⼆楚，挑戰的是造紙、印刷、裝楨之技。
通過這次展覽，我們盡可能地蒐羅並探索不同形態更多的出版物，
進而著去理解人們各種不同生活方式。
The dimensions of the printed matters was measured by the paper proportion.
It is up to publisher's will to deploy his favorite format,
while the reading habit also being one of the factors.
Solemn in A5, literature book in B5, poetry in 100*180 mm, encyclopedias in B4,
pocket dictionary and manual in B6, albums of painting in either 500*265 mm or 190*355 mm.
When it comes to showcasing Chinese paintings or calligraphies, long and narrow format is your best bet.
While highlighting the significance of the publication, huge page layout format will be most suitable for presentation.
Little Pieces (Miniature books) which feature micro printing technology has
challenged the value of printing from another angle. The publication ought to be
small but clear. What it challenges is the skill of paper crafting, printing techniques and binding methods.
Through this exhibition, we try to collect as many publications as possible,
with various printed matters in hand, to expand our understanding of various lifestyles.
