3D Model Vintage Camera IKonta 521/2 (Germany, 1938)

The Zeiss Ikon Ikonta 521/2 is a medium format camera that uses 6 × 9 film and began its production in Germany, in 1938. At that time, Zeiss Ikon produced some of the most advanced cameras until the 2nd war. This particular model, the Ikonta 521/2 equiped with lenses f=105 mm 3.5 Tessar and the innovative Compur-Rapid shutter, which is lined with a casing of vulcanita resin to make it airtight moisture and prevent corrosion and forming fungi . The leather case and strap are another piece of design apart.
Sophisticated technology with elegant materials and finishes... Sounds familiar.
This 3D model has been made by Marchitect.es following quality standards recommended for admission to a higher category in a well known 3D models selling shop. Basically, it is all about modeling only with quads and just a few triangles (and a bit of practice...) and implementing a clear and neat structures for layers, materials and maps.
The renderings have been made with Vray. (except the first image)
