St. John's Episcopal Church in Ross, California is located in an idealic setting along a well known cycling route. Ross is one of the small towns at the base of Mt. Tamalpais, just a few miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge. Because of this, it goes without saying that a good number of the church's congregation and clergy are avid cyclists.
My inspiration for the clothing refresh was to embrace the design and colors of the iconic Episcopal shield, Northern California's wine country and the beautiful stained glass used throughout the church. The chevrons used bring the shape of the shield and the stained glass together for a jewel-like quality that really adds dimension.
