有感於生活在桃園這片土地卻感到陌生，
我們實地參訪調查，並深入思考桃園的靈魂元素，
歸結出「桃園製造的翻轉再生」及「多元族群的共生並進」，
以此為核心規劃出八條主題路線，期望大家能透過玩樂認識桃園。
