Brief: Grand Central Property Development Pitch

The million dollar upcoming property development was to lead the way in a developing vision for Southport CBD, Gold Coast. Grand Central required branding that breathed luxury and excellence in order to entice the target audience into a sale of an extravagant and central lifestyle.
This brief required the design of the development’s identity including a logo to represent the boutique high rise and was to be applied across a vast range of collateral including a brochure, website, press ad, advertisement hoarding, billboards and stationary.
The concept behind the design and campaign for Grand Central derived from the need to sell the lifestyle attached to a luxury apartment. The tagline ‘The Center of Attention’ promotes the desire within the target audience to be in the spotlight, reminding potential buyers that they will captivate the attention of many as leaders in the development of a new and happening Southport CBD.
