Woodstock: Three Days of Peace and Music an independent multimedia publication that, through the metaphor "a day in the life", aims at capturing the essence and aura of the Woodstock Music & Art Fair of 1969.
It not only features a magazine that describes the atmosphere of the Woodstock Music & Art Fair in uniquely composed spreads, but also three documentaries that portray three of the most memorable music festivals of all time, Woodstock, Monterey Pop and the Altamont Free Concert.
Woodstock is presented here not just as a music festival, but as a phenomenon that owes its meaning and symbolism to the era it took place in. To the attempts of reproducing such an event, there will never be the "here and now", its unicity, the place where it happened and what contributed to its environment.
