Project Description: Design the brand and associated materials for an exhibition about a famous person from the Design Canon. We designed a typrographic system that inclued promotional pieces for the exhibition. The pieces included an exhibition poster,exhibition wall, billboard, and an invitiation. Exhibition Title: Karim Rashid - Poetic Design
Poetic Design celebrates the integration of human experience with performance, bringing extraordinary design to the ordinary object. For the longest time design existed only for the elite. During the past 20 years Karim Rashid has worked to make design a public subject. This exhibition considers the possibility that everything one touches has the potential for more than just function, but also and ultimately, beauty, which lifts society to a greatness beyond the utilitarian.
