As part of a one week assignment for Design Studio, I was given a random global cause (The Clean Air Campaign) and tasked to reimagine the brand and its possible subsequent uses.
After having settled on a form and general campaign aesthetic of the new brand, I looked to see where it could be used.
Another component of the assignment was to rethink the brand's name entirely, starting from scratch. This time I came up with "Clarity", a brand whos target group were the more hipster crowd, sleek design and expensive gear promoting clean air initiatives.
For the final iteration I wanted to focus on merchandise. The bag on the left is made from reused tires, and the bike on the right is inspiration for a possible "city bike" system.
Finally for my last concept I was thinking about environmental activism, and how one would approach the idea of branding a activist organization (ex: Sea Sheperd).
Fuck Fumes was intended to resemble movements like the "99%" or "Occupy." So naturally stickers, tattoos and pamphlets were designed.
