Pinella
Pinella is one of the oldest restaurants in Finland – we had the opportunity to work with them and Michelin star chefs Hermanos Torres as they instated their own head chef and menu into the restaurant.
Objective
Our aim was to capture the story of the whole experience – from the quality of the locally sourced and foraged ingredients, the process and attention to detail of the preparation, the textures and palettes of the restaurant, right through to the immaculately presented plates.
Solution
Working with photographer Anton Sucksdorff, we created a series of images for Pinella that highlighted the quality, craft and passion that went into their dishes. This included shots of the restaurant interior, plated dishes and the preparation process – whilst striking images of some of their more interesting ingredients such as octopus and pig’s hoof helped capture the unique Pinella experience. Images which were used comprehensively across all their marketing collateral and platforms.
