In the project we were required to illustrate a Louisiana themed piece. Without using any of the stereo-typical imagery such as: alligators, crawfish, fleur de lis. I wanted to showcase some of the other native critters of Louisiana. I decided on the alligator snapping turtle and a mosquito.
