The Boundary Townhomes is an enclave of 33 townhome and condominium residences organized into 5 unit types and 11 buildings in the River Valley Ranch Golf Course Resort in Carbondale,Colorado. Located along the Crystal River and adjacent to the 18th fairway, each of these two-four bedroom homes is blessed with stunning views. The project is located in the very heart of the River Valley Ranch community adjacent to the community building, the golf clubhouse, and the recreation center.

Unit plans were designed to maximize the available views to Mt. Sopris--Carbondale’s dominant skyline feature--and to the river and golf course.
