Quadra resolves the need to have a space that represents and enriches the organizations that will inhabit it by offering great quality and design for businesses with innovative vision that bet on ordered and professional growth and that feel at home in developments that offer much more than four walls and a roof.
The identity reflects the project’s philosophy: the luxury in simplicity and the purity of design through a combination of beautiful and practical qualities. A beautiful deep blue color is added to a functional color palette to express intelligence, futurism and efficiency. A pragmatic icon that emulates the monolithic nature of the building is presented in blind embossed and large dimensions as part of a highly aesthetic and dynamic layout that seeks to emphasize spaces and volumes. The contrast between Practicality and Beauty is the common denominator throughout the entire identity, evident even in the information and content’s simplicity presented in progressive layouts applied from a highly architectural grid. A futuristic iconography describes the project’s main characteristics in a direct and immediate way, as do the simple and visually divided taglines that need to be unfolded in order to be fully seen, serving as a visual metaphor of the L-shaped building.
