StampMe (Loyalty Reward Stamp Mobile Application)
Summary
The project is a sketch prototype with UML designs to implement a loyalty programme to maintain customer relationship, providing simple membership registration, stamp collection, reward redemption and synchronizing customer information with the company’s server.
The essential requirements of the application are:
1. Simple membership registration
2. Immediate stamp collection via generation of QR code
3. Immediate reward redemption via generation of QR code
4. Validation of valid stamp number to redeem corresponding rewards
5. Customer information synchronization with the company’s server
