Toshiba Tablet
For years I wanted a Wacom screen-tablet for skteching directly on the PC. However, current products are either very expensive -wacom screens- or are not very comfortable -Asus Slate EP121-, so I decided to design a tablet by my own.
I based my design on a prestigious company in the laptop indrustry: Toshiba. I imagined feasible proportions and techincal specs. I also add useful solutions to sketch on the tablet more easily. These are:- Inclusion of 4 rotating balls at the bottom of the tablet, letting it to move and rotate on the table.- Wider and sloping edges to save the height of the tablet with more comfort.

- 12,1" multitouch screen with Wacom technology -and Wacom pen with 2048 levels of pressure sensibility. IPS panel 1920x1200 px resolution.
- Powerful Intel Core processors, RAM memory up to 8GB and SSD drives up to 256GB.- Windows 8 OS ready to deal with high performance design software.
In the tablet we found all the things you need to work with it independently: 2 USB 3.0 ports, SIM and microSD slots, audio output, speakers, an AC adapter and long-life battery with easy access.Furthermore I designed a dock to turn the tablet on a laptop with more functionality. It has a complete keyboard, a multitouch touchpad, 3 USB ports, ethernet and HDMI ports, better speakers and audio outputs and extra battery.
