Manual Work
Brief: to make a series of postcard based on the selected typefaces: Century Expanded, Bodoni, Garamond, Baskerville, and Helvetica. Every type should be traced (manually). No digital.

Response: Firstly, I did some research about the font families. I collected all the informations related to them - the important dates, the designer, etc. Then I made some sketches including alternatives to present them to my lecturer. After the sketches were approved, I printed each of the typefaces into some a4 and a3 papers (including characters, numbers, symbols). Using the tracing paper (kalkir), I traced each of them manually to the papers (postcard size: 10x15 cm). I used some different types of drawing pen: Snowman 0.1, 0,2, 0.3, 0.5, Hi-Tec 0.3 and 0.4, also a Snowman spidol.
