The goal of project is to create low cost but nice looking buildings and connect different types of people as families with low incomes, students, refugees.
Construction of building is simple, made of two sorts of “rectangles”.
One rectangle is called “Family module”. It is made for family- four residents. Family module is 36sq m. Another rectangle is called “Single module” and is made for single or couple living. Single module is 27sq m. Both modules have kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living- sleeping room. Only difference between modules- families has extra children room.
Using both modules were designed three types of buildings. Building for families is projected just with family modules, building for singles built of single modules and third sort is combination of single and family modules together.
