Soulard travel set design
This project involves designing a travel kit for a specific destination. I chose "Soulard" which is a historic French neighborhood.
Due to the fact that there are lots of attractions at this place, sometimes it is difficult for first-time travelers to navigate. Therefore I decided to design an illustrated map with top-recommended attractions from local people.
The back of the map is a 12-month event calendar listing all the on-going local activities at Soulard so that the tourists can refer to this calendar and plan their travel activities accordingly. The map can be folded into 1/12 of its original size so that it is easy to carry for travelers.
