For the product to be manufactured I created a Solidworks model which allow the product to be produced mainly from injection moulding. I added a series of Lip&Grooves, Ribs, and drafts to allow it to be removed from the mould. Careful consideration was taken when deciding on where to place the electricals so they wouldn't get damaged, as well as holding the product together with minimal usage of other materials
