Petros Saridakis is a musician, composer and singer from Crete that plays the Cretan lyre. We were asked to design the cover for his album “To Nami”.  “To Nami”, in Cretan dialect, means “The Rumor”.  The rumor, as words, is something that flies in the air. Getting inspiration from this, we designed a bird whose body is a Cretan lyre. We choose black, white and grey color, in order to express the fact that a rumor can be bad good or something in between. Finally, the combination of colors and the main shape helped us give a modern and fresh character to the cd cover and enforce the diversity and of sound and music of Petros Saridakis.
