Bahary is an important historical district in Alexandria ,the most attractive one ,which has a lot of visitors of different social classes and ages ,but they don’t have enough recreational zones or open spaces. Bahary needs an outlet for inhabitants and visitors.
The site was selected for its attractive place at the end of a commercial-historical axis on the water front.

Site is surrounded with residential blocks ,located at the end of Heptastade axis ,it is well seen from the cornish road and the Heptastade axis. Noise and Crowd come from the cornish road.
