Bikevibe Oslo

Editorial
Over the last couple of years Oslo has experienced a huge increase in both bikers and bike related shops. Although the infrastructure is a work in progress, the cycle traffic has increased by seven percent in the first half of 2015, compared to the same period last year. That is amazing results proving that Oslo has potential of becoming a really bicycle friendly city.

In this issue we have talked to the people of Oslo and why they love cycling. We went to visit Einar, a man who holds the only bicycle museum of Norway and who has a passion for Norwegian bicycle history. We played Bikepolo for the first time, talked to the Bicycle Director of Oslo about the work they do and last but not least, we attended the Rapha Prestige Oslo (later named “Hell of the far north”) in order to dig deeper into the Oslo cycling culture.

This is where we live, work, play and cycle.
Welcome to Oslo, our home!
